Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our DTF transfers, we do not accept returns or refunds. Each transfer is made specifically for your design and cannot be resold. However, if there is a printing quality issue due to our production process, we will gladly provide a reprint of the affected items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you encounter any production-related defects.
